Refund policy
In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving your goods for a full refund. In this instance, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the items to us. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
Vuna Agri does not accept "change of mind" returns or cancellations after the 7-day cooling-off period has expired. Between day 8 and day 30 of receiving your item, returns are only accepted if the product received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with the safety seal intact, and in its original packaging. Items must have been stored according to the product label instructions. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Any product where the safety seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened (unless for a valid defect claim).
- Sale items (unless defective) or gift cards.
- Cold-Chain Products: Items requiring specific temperature-controlled management that has been interrupted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception If you receive a product which is damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, please report this to orders@vuna-agri.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and the product so that we can evaluate the issue.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at orders@vuna-agri.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds & Shipping Costs
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved:
- Shipping Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For 7-day cooling-off returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund.
- Payment: Refunds are processed via EFT. We will request your banking details securely once the return is approved.

Timeline: We aim to process all refunds within 30 days of your request. This includes transit time, internal inspection (3–5 business days), and bank processing.
