Shipping Information for Vuna Agri

We're pleased to offer reliable shipping throughout South Africa, bringing our quality agricultural products directly to your doorstep. While some product restrictions may apply (these will be clearly indicated on the product page), We partner with BobGo to provide real-time tracking and professional handling.

Shipping Estimates and Delivery Times:

When you place your order, we'll provide you with an estimated shipping cost and delivery timeframe. These estimates are based on:

  • The availability of the items you've ordered.
  • The shipping method you select during checkout.

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances with the courier. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order (rounded up to the nearest full kilogram). Your final shipping cost and an estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment. You can find the approximate weight of each item on its individual product page.

Dispatch and Delivery Timeline:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 - 48 hours of payment being received.
  • Sensitive Goods (Cold-Chain): To protect the integrity of our biological products, orders containing temperature-sensitive items may be held for dispatch on Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays in courier warehouses.
  • Transit Times: Estimated delivery is 2 - 5 business days for major cities and 5 - 7 business days for regional or outlying areas.

Important Considerations:

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues. Our couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or farm stalls without a specific GPS coordinate or street-linked address.
  • Remote Areas: While we ship nationwide, deliveries to remote or outlying agricultural areas may incur a slight delay in the estimated timeframe as well as potential surcharges on delivery costs.
  • Inspection: Risk in the products passes to you once the package has been delivered and signed for. Please inspect your package for visible damage before signing the waybill. If a package arrives damaged, please sign the waybill as "DAMAGED" and notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
  • Restricted Items: If any items in your order have shipping restrictions, you will be notified.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress with BobGo.
